For Sellers (Account Registration & Property Listings):

  • Company Information: Company name, business address, company phone, company email, company title/role, company description, company logo/headshot
  • Payment Information: Stripe payment details for subscription billing, Authorize.net payment gateway credentials
  • Property Information: Property addresses, GPS coordinates, parcel numbers, pricing, acreage, legal descriptions, county/state information, zoning details, tax assessments, owner information, deed and mortgage history, utility information, road access details, property photos, documents, and all other property information you add to the site
  • Contract Information: Uploaded contract templates, DocuSeal integration data, signed contract URLs

For Leads/Buyers (Inquiries, Offers & Purchases):

  • Contact Information: Full legal name, email address, phone number, mailing address
  • Purchase Information: Entity type (Individual, LLC, Trust), entity name and title, intended property use
  • Financial Information: Offered prices, earnest money amounts, down payment preferences, monthly payment preferences, financing type preferences
  • Employment Information (for Owner Financing): Employer name, length of employment, monthly income range, bankruptcy history, liens or judgments history
  • Communication Data: Messages sent to sellers, inquiry details, offer contingencies
  • Additional Party Information: Names and email addresses of second, third, and fourth parties on contracts
