To reach the property, it is an about an hour-long float plane trip from Fairbanks, which is a great experience in itself. This property is ideal with creek and lake frontage. There are great views of Mt. McKinley and the world famous Aurora Borealis (northern lights). Fairbanks Alaska is considered one of the best places to see the Northern Lights in the world. Fairbanks is located inside the Aural Oval, which hovers over the North Pole, which greatly increases the chance to see the Northern Lights. The Aurora season is typically from August 21st through April 21st.
