Country Land Indeed

Country Land Indeed is a father-daughter business built on a simple belief: everyone deserves the chance to own land. We’re Michael and Hannah Bartholomew, and we started this company together when Hannah was finishing high school. What began as a small idea quickly turned into a shared passion, and now, as Hannah attends BYU, we continue to run the business side-by-side. From the beginning, our goal has been clear: make land ownership accessible, affordable, and straightforward for everyone. We know the dream of owning land can feel out of reach, especially for first-time buyers, so we work hard to make the process as friendly and uncomplicated as possible. We offer properties across some of the most beautiful parts of the West, and every piece of land we sell comes with transparent details, flexible financing, and honest guidance. More importantly, we treat every customer with kindness and respect — the way we’d want to be treated. Whether you’re looking for a small getaway spot or acreage for a bigger vision, we’re here to help you feel confident, supported, and excited about finding the right fit. Helping people step into land ownership isn’t just our business — it’s our family mission.
