Blue Sky Ranch

Blue Sky Ranch BORDERS the Mark Twain National Forest along the northern and eastern borders. This is public land that you can use! There are many 1,000s of acres of national forest for you to explore and enjoy. This effectively turns your lot into a MUCH larger property. You can build a cabin or camp on your property and have access to the entire national forest for hunting. This part of Missouri is absolutely gorgeous, and the property is just down the road from the town of Winona. Winona has everything you need for a quick trips to the store or bank, and it has schools as well. Only 30 minutes down the road is the town of Mountain View which is a little larger. Mountain View has a Wal-Mart and a theater. Another 30 minutes past that is the city of West Plains which is a pretty large city which has everything you'd ever need! Access to the property is by maintained County Road 19-580 (you can see what the sign looks like in the photos, most maps refer to it as Old Tram Rd) and is only a mile or two from paved Highway 19 and is less than 10 miles to U.S. Highway 60.  We have made a private unmaintained dirt road which takes you to each of the lots.  I would recommend a truck or 4WD for this road.
