Access is by float plane, boat, or snowmobile in the winter. The property is located on the "Little Lake" of Chilkat, which is south of the narrows and south of Birch Island which is a popular cabin location. While there are currently no utilities available, there are areas of cell phone reception. This lot would be perfect for the outdoorsman, avid fisherman, hunter or social distancer, as there are no nearby roads and currently few cabins in the area. During the summer kayaks, canoes and jet boats are a common sight. During the winter snow mobiles and ice fishing are main activities on the lake.
